I can’t figure it out which preposition to use, in particular when we refer to people: “Choose three ways to how get out of your comfort zone which are most suitable to/for you”.

Use “suitable for” when talking about people, activities, jobs, courses, etc.
E.g.: This exercise is suitable for you. (This exercise is appropriate for you.)
Use “suitable to” mainly when talking about something being adapted to specific needs or circumstances.
E.g.: The program was tailored to be suitable to the students’ needs. (The program was tailored to be adapted to the students’ needs.)
Choose three ways to get out of your comfort zone that are most suitable for you. ✔️
